Katzen is a region on the website Nationstates. The creator of Katzen is Owen Padynya (Not his real surname), who has been on nationstates since September of 2018 when he created his first nation, The United States of Flakery. And this nation lasted for well over a year until it finally ceased to exist because Owen began having real life troubles. Fast forward a few months later, Owen founds another new nation known as The Republic of Etsenes, which He had been developing lore for during the months since Flakery ceased to exist. He then went on to establish Katzen.
